2023 Sauvignon Blanc

The 2023 vintage was warm and very dry, making it an exceptional growing season. The yields were down slightly owing to smaller berries with much more concentration of flavor. 

Our Sauvignon Blanc is made in the old world style that expresses more restraint and concentration than most new world styles made from this varietal. Fermented and aged in stainless steel with monthy stirring using nitrogen and a sparging stone. This is truly a food and age-worthy wine.
