Our White Wines

Tucked up high on the hillside of Blue Mountain you will find a variety of white grape varietals at Capstone including;  Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Roussanne, Muscat Ottonell and Chardonnay, all planted to different clones to realize the varietals full potential. Our steep slope offers a lot of soil variability allowing us to match each grape to the soil on which it prefers to grow.
